Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

During this Guided Meditation you will hear the sound of the crystal bowls. Each of these bowls is made from pure quartz crystal and is tuned to a specific note which naturally resonates to each one of the Chakras. A meditation into vibrational sound healing. A 'Sound Bath' is an unforgettable event to soothe, inspire, heal and awaken your spirit. It begins with the intrinsic harmonizing properties of the Crystal Singing Bowls. The voices of the Bowls calm and center; paving a path into which the transformational sound waves of the Crystal bowls blend. The participant is bathed with rising and falling rhythms, tonalities and multi-tonal octaves of healing vibrations. The harmonic resonance reduce stress and induces natural healing physically, mentally, spiritually. Individuals are asked to assume a meditational position or to lie on the floor with their crown chakra towards the Crystals. (bring a mat & blanket for comfort)

     Relieve those tension headaches with this wonderful treatment including Acupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue and optional Aromatherapy massage to the back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp.

Please be aware of our Appointment Policy.  We require 24 hours cancelation notice. Please call and leave a message as soon as you are aware that you cannot keep your appointment.  We do charge a $25 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice. 

However with the certificates, the certificate will be deemed used.

The journey of remodeling the Community Center office has been such a blast. I just let the creative juices flow. My intention was to create a place when someone walks into the office, they say "AAhhhhhhh".
