I will be teaching some classes at The Angel Center in Oswego.

How to use a Pendulum

Wednesday March 19th from 1pm to 3pm
and
Monday March 23rd from 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Pendulums have been used for centuries to find lost items, predict the future, assist with spiritual growth and healing and communication with spirits. They are made from a variety of items, the most common being crystals. With a little patience anyone can learn how to use one. In this class, we will go over the basics and will have plenty of time for practice. Bring your questions!

"Sound Bath" Crystal Singing Bowl Medication
 
 

During this Guided Meditation, you will hear the sound of the crystal bowls. Each of these bowls is made from pure quartz crystal and is tuned to a specific note which naturally resonates to each one of the chakras. A meditation into vibrational sound healing. A 'Sound Bath' is an unforgettable event to soothe, inspire, heal and awaken your spirit. It begins with the intrinsic harmonizing properties of the Crystal Singing Bowls. The voices of the bowls calm and center; paving a path into which the transformational sound waves of the Crystal Bowls blend. The participant is bathed with rising and falling rhythms, tonalities and multi-tonal octaves of healing vibrations. The harmonic resonance reduce stress and induces natural healing physically, mentally and spiritually. Individuals are asked to assume a meditational position or to lie on the floor with their crown chakra towards the Crystals. (can be seated or bring a mat & blanket for comfort.
 
When: This meditation will be offered the 2nd Monday of      every month starting Monday March 9th. It will run from 7:00pm until 8:00pm.  $10
